These terms cover the Solum website at https://solummenu.xyz and the Solum menu itself. By making an account, buying a licence key or using Solum, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use it.

1. What you are buying
You are buying a licence key for Solum. Solum is an overlay menu that runs inside the Susano executor. We are not Susano, we do not sell Susano, and a Solum key does not give you Susano.
You need your own Susano access for Solum to run at all. That is a separate product from a separate company, bought separately. If you buy a Solum key without having Susano, the key is still valid and still yours — it just will not do anything until you have Susano as well.
2. Redeeming, and when the clock starts
A key is redeemed on Susano's own site at https://susano.re/dashboard. We hand you the code; Susano attaches the licence to your Susano account.
A key does not start counting down until you redeem it. Buying a month today and redeeming it in six weeks costs you nothing. Because the clock runs on Susano's side, we cannot see when your licence started or how long it has left — if you need that, ask them.
3. All sales are final
We do not offer refunds. Not for a change of mind, not for buying the wrong plan, not for buying more than you meant to, and not for deciding you do not want it after the key has been handed over. A licence key is delivered instantly and cannot be taken back once you have seen it, which is exactly why this is the rule.
Where the law in your country gives you a withdrawal right for digital goods, you are asked to waive it at checkout and you acknowledge that delivery is immediate. If you are not willing to waive it, do not buy.
The two things we will do:
- If we hand you a key that does not work, we replace it. Tell us in the Discord and bring your order number.
- If we take your money and do not deliver a key at all, we deliver it — or, if we cannot, we return that part of the payment.
Neither of those is a refund policy. They are us finishing an order we did not finish.
4. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute instead of talking to us closes your account and every key on it, immediately and permanently. If something is wrong, the Discord fixes it faster than your bank will.
5. Your account
- One person, one account. You sign in with Discord, and your Discord account is your Solum account.
- Signing in joins you to the Solum Discord server. If you cannot be added to it — for example because you are banned from it — no account is made.
- Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Turn on two-factor on Discord if the account holds keys you care about.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
6. What you may not do
- Resell, share, publish or give away a key, unless you are a reseller under section 7.
- Redistribute, decompile, repackage or rebrand the Solum build.
- Use a key on behalf of someone whose account we closed.
- Pay with a card or account that is not yours.
Any of these ends the licence with nothing owed back. Section 3 still applies.
7. Resellers
Reseller access is a one-off payment that gives a standing discount on every key you buy afterwards, with a minimum order value per basket. Both numbers are shown on the reseller page before you pay and may change for future purchases.
- Keys you buy as a reseller are yours to sell on, at whatever price you set.
- You are the seller to your own customers. Their support, their disputes and their expectations are yours to handle, not ours.
- Do not present yourself as Solum, as us, or as an official channel.
- Reseller access itself is a purchase, and section 3 applies to it too — including if you never place a single order afterwards.
8. What Solum is for
Solum modifies a game client. Servers you connect to have their own rules, and many forbid this kind of software. Using Solum can get you banned from a server, from a platform, or from the game.
That risk is entirely yours. We make no promise that Solum goes undetected anywhere, on any server, at any time, and a ban is never grounds for a refund or a replacement key.
9. Availability
Solum is sold as it is today. Features change, get added and get removed. A game update, a platform change or a change on Susano's side can stop part of it — or all of it — from working, with no notice and nothing owed. Lifetime means the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee about how long that is.
10. Ending it
You can stop using Solum whenever you like and delete your account by asking us. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and closing it ends every licence on it with nothing owed back.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for bans, lost accounts, lost time, lost in-game property or anything else that follows from using software of this kind.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes
These terms can change. The version on this page at the moment you buy is the one that covers that purchase, and the date at the top says when it last moved.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of [set LEGAL_COUNTRY in .env], and its courts have jurisdiction, unless a consumer-protection rule where you live says otherwise.
